Responsibilities

The Transportation Systems Analyst supports Transportation Operations by maintaining reliable technology that improves workflow, visibility, and execution. Manhattan Active Transportation Management is the primary TMS, with Manhattan Modeler used to evaluate routing and planning scenarios. The role also supports FourKites, PCS, Samsara, and the NTS/AS400 legacy environment. The analyst troubleshoots issues, validates changes, supports testing and implementations, documents standard work, trains users, and recommends sustainable system and process improvements. Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, systems support, business analysis, routing, or a related field required.
  • Experience with a Transportation Management System, system implementation, routing optimization, testing, or transportation data analysis is preferred; experience with the listed Transportation platforms is a plus.
