Responsibilities:
Develop and implement patient-centered strategies to enhance the overall patient experience, ensuring that our services meet the unique needs of our culturally diverse patient population
Collaborate with the Executive Team to drive organizational goals and objectives, focusing on patient care excellence, quality improvement, and compliance
Oversee the development and implementation of patient care programs, services, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
Foster a culture of excellence and compliance within the organization, promoting a high-performing team and ensuring that all staff members are equipped to deliver exceptional patient care
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective use of organization funds
Conduct regular quality assessments and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies and procedures
Participate in industry-wide initiatives and partnerships, staying informed about best practices and trends in the home health care industry
