Our Spanish-speaking customer base continues to grow, and we want a salesperson who can make every customer feel comfortable, understood, and confident throughout the buying process.

• Earning potential of $75,000 + based on your commitment and dedication
• Base salary plus bonuses. No draw; non-commission based

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales goals
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
• Provide exceptional Customer Service
• Be clear, concise and prompt in setting appointments
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
• Show Customers vehicle options and take Customer on test drives
• Work and maintain a clean customer relationship management (CRM) data base
• Assist customers with their automotive needs

• Previous sales experience a plus - automotive experience is not required
