What You'll Be Doing

As a Barista at Mountain Gap Market, you’ll wear many hats to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting delicious coffee and espresso beverages with precision and care.
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
• Assisting in the kitchen with food preparation and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Providing warm, friendly service to every customer who walks through our doors.
• Keeping the coffee bar and kitchen stocked, organized, and spotless.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following to the table:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a barista, in a kitchen, or as a cashier.
• Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
• Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
• Flexibility: Willingness to jump in wherever needed, whether it’s brewing coffee, prepping food, or ringing up customers.
