Scheduling of staff
- 2 years Scheduling experience preferred
-Responsibilities Of This Position Include:
-Develop and maintain daily schedules for staff based on patient need
-Answer calls from caregivers, client’s and client case managers
-Track and communicate call offs
-Order Supplies for field staff
-Present a positive, professional image of the organization
-Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30
-State Tested STNA and Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus
-Putting away supply order, which includes lifting boxes
-Scanning documents into computer
-Some travel and field time may be required
-Other duties as assigned
