Packaging Associate
Location: Fairborn, OH
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
We are hiring Packaging Associates for a manufacturing facility in Fairborn, Ohio. This is a first-shift opportunity working in a facility that manufactures and packages sandpaper products.
Responsibilities
  • Package finished sandpaper products according to production requirements
  • Inspect products for visible defects or quality concerns
  • Prepare products for packaging and shipment
  • Label and organize packaged products as required
  • Maintain an efficient pace to meet daily production goals
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Follow all safety and production procedures
  • Perform other general production and packaging duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
