Tutoring & After School company in Pearland is looking for a reliable and caring After School Bus Driver to join our team in Pearland, TX! Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students from school to the learning center on an established after school route
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain order and a positive environment on the bus for all student passengers
- Follow all traffic laws, school zone regulations, and company safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and supervisors regarding route updates or incidents
- Monitor student behavior and ensure all riders are accounted for at each stop
- Keep accurate records of mileage, routes, and any incidents or irregularities
- Valid Texas Driver's License (DL)
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Pearland, TX roadways and surrounding areas
- Patient, responsible, and dependable with a genuine care for student safety
- Ability to work afternoon hours consistently, Monday through Friday
