Lead Lighting Technician

We’re hiring a Lead Lighting Technician to install lighting systems, manage schedules, and ensure each job runs smoothly from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Experience in lighting, electrical, or a related field
- Experience leading or managing a small team preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to manage schedules and coordinate job flow
- Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and at heights (20+ feet)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Enjoy working outdoors and staying active
- Like leading a team and keeping jobs organized
- Communicate confidently with customers
- Take pride in quality work and problem-solving
- Can manage multiple jobs and keep things on track
- Lead daily job execution and manage technician schedules
- Communicate with customers before and during service appointments
- Install, maintain, and remove residential and commercial lighting systems
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve lighting issues on-site
- Use ladders and tools safely while working at heights
- Keep tools, equipment, and vehicles organized and job-ready
- Train and support team members
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services
