Primary Purpose: Toyota interface and coordination, supplier coordination, materials and recycling tracking, reporting, and compliance.

The Program Manager is responsible for daily information flow management of Toyota’s packaging recycling program, ensuring alignment with Toyota objectives and sustainability goals

Core Responsibilities
Supplier & Tier 1 Coordination

• Coordinate with Tier 1 suppliers to:
  • Schedule packaging pickups
  • Clarify disposition instructions
  • Resolve discrepancies or non‑compliance issues
• Ensure suppliers follow Toyota packaging identification and return requirements.

Sustainability & Recycling Oversight

• Oversee coordination with approved recyclers.
• Ensure recyclable materials are:
  • Properly tracked
  • Sent to appropriate recycling streams
  • Documented for sustainability reporting
• Monitor recycling rates and landfill reduction progress.

Systems & Data Integrity

• Ensure Toyota systems are used correctly and consistently.
• Validate data accuracy for:
  • Inbound and outbound movements
  • Inventory balances
  • Recycling metrics

Systems Execution

• Ensure accurate, timely transaction execution in Toyota systems and any required internal WMS tools.
• Confirm all material movements are properly recorded.

Operations Support

• Provide warehouse manager with data and metrics to support operational decision making
• Provide ad hoc data analysis and other operational support as required
