Parts Sales Associate

Position Description:The Parts Sales Associate individual is responsible for assisting external and internal customers in finding the right part(s) for their medical equipment systems. Roles & Responsibilities: Part SalesBe knowledgeable about the partsIdentify prospective customers, lead generation and conversionContact new and existing customers to discuss needsEmphasize the features of the parts to highlight how they solve the customers problemAnswer questions about the partsNegotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreementsCollaborate with colleagues in many different sectors (PET CT, MRI, CT and Mobiles)Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationshipsBe knowledgeable about part removals off of systemsProvide shipping for all parts to and from the external and internal customerPerform sourcing of partsCreate sales invoices and P.O.sAssist with CRM idea's for parts platformPerform other duties as assigned.Requirements:EducationRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferredBachelor's degree ExperienceMinimum of one years of warehouse and parts experienceKnowledge of parts and the industryExperience in Shipping/ReceivingTravelMinimum travel time, if anyValid driver's license and solid driving record for a minimum of five years REQUIREDCompetenciesExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to read and comprehend instructions and informationAbility to work effectively with internal and external customersAbility to work independently and provide timely resultsProficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SalesforceStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
