Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Multiple Locations
Job Description
Blossom ABA is seeking an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in North Carolina!
This is a hybrid opportunity that offers the flexibility to provide services through a combination of in-person and telehealth appointments based on client needs, clinical requirements, and your schedule. 50% of supervised hours must take place in-person. Our hybrid model gives BCBAs the flexibility they value while maintaining meaningful connections with clients, families, and the clinical team.
What You'll DoDevelop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
Develop behavior intervention plans and measurable treatment goals.
Provide clinical supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and other members of the treatment team.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment plans as needed.
Analyze clinical data to evaluate progress and ensure treatment goals are being met.
Provide meaningful parent and caregiver training and support.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals to promote consistent and effective care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
Ensure all services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable regulations.

Build strong, positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients, families, and clinical team members.
A genuine passion for helping children and supporting their families.
