Pay: $19.00 – $26.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time
Location: Clinic, Client Homes, Schools, and Community Settings
Do you love working with kids, staying active, and making a real difference? We're looking for energetic, compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our growing team!
As a BT, you'll work one-on-one with children and adolescents using play-based ABA therapy to help them build meaningful life skills. Every session is hands-on, engaging, and different.
What You'll Do
'05; Guaranteed $1.00 hourly increase after your first year (based on good standing)

- Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families.
- Implement individualized behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
- Turn everyday play into meaningful learning opportunities.
- Master the art of multitasking by seamlessly transitioning between engaging with your client and collecting accurate, real-time data—because every interaction matters, and every data point helps shape better outcomes.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and continue growing your skills.
- Is patient, positive, and enjoys working with children.
- Can think on their feet while staying organized.
- Is comfortable balancing direct client interaction with accurate documentation throughout each session.
- Has reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active car insurance.
- Is open to feedback, learning, and pursuing their RBT certification (if not already certified).
