Responsibilities
Meet with individuals and business owners to understand their financial protection needs.
Explain complex insurance concepts in a clear, accessible way to help clients make informed decisions.
Proactively reach out to existing clients to review their coverage and ensure it still aligns with their life goals.
Develop and maintain a strong local network within the Toms River community to foster new connections.
Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals that offer genuine value.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in our internal system.
Requirements
New Jersey Life and Health Insurance License.
Proven track record of managing and growing a professional client book.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Clear communication skills with a focus on building long-term trust.
Reliable transportation for local client meetings in the Toms River area.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and digital database tools.
Previous experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
