Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of new business prospects within the Germantown community.
Analyze current market offerings to provide competitive and tailored coverage solutions for each client.
Review existing client accounts to ensure they have the proper protection as their life circumstances change.
Partner with our carrier representatives to resolve complex underwriting hurdles and advocate for our policyholders.
Mentor junior staff members by sharing industry knowledge and effective sales techniques.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in our database to ensure compliance and seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Active Maryland Property and Casualty Producer license.
Five or more years of experience in personal lines insurance sales.
Deep understanding of policy coverage, underwriting guidelines, and risk assessment.
High level of comfort using agency management systems and carrier portals.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent verbal communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship building.
