Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Bar Operations: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, in accordance with our menu.
- Drink Preparation: Maintain a clean and organized bar area while ensuring all drinks are made to high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient service and a smooth bar operation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring bar inventory levels and report any shortages to management.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or sports bar is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and bar environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid bartending license or certification.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
