Roofing Sales Team Lead

Thrive Roofing Co. is looking for an experienced roofing sales professional who's ready to take the next step into leadership.

As a Roofing Sales Team Lead, your job is to help a team of Sales Representatives succeed. You won't be responsible for selling your own jobs. Instead, you'll be in the field training, coaching, and working alongside your team to help them sell more and get better.

• Lead, train, and coach a team of Sales Representatives

• Work alongside reps in the field to improve their sales skills

• Attend insurance adjuster appointments

• Scope roofs and complete job documentation

• Coach reps through opportunities from prospecting to signed contract

• Track team performance and hold reps accountable

• Help build a motivated, high-performing sales team

What You’ll Get

• Annual base pay + earnings based on team sales: $120,000-$180,000

• No personal sales quota
