Senior Helpers of West Omaha seeks a dynamic, outgoing, self-starter, professional Sales Manager/ Marketing Coordinator for a full-time position. This qualified individual will work hand in hand with the company's Director of Operations, which serves seniors through in-home care and companionship.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identifies all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living w/rehab or respite care, doctors' offices, and other health providers) to determine lead sources.
- Develops and manages new lead sources by maintaining and expanding relationships within the professional community.
- Personally visit and arrange meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients; this includes private, public, and non-profit organizations. Contact 8-10 lead sources each day.
- Arranges presentations of the company's services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor's offices, and private companies.
- Attends trade shows, conferences, and networking events representing the company's services—networks with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources.
- Interacts with lead sources, clients, and contacts positively and professionally.
- Creates and develops daily posts for company social media and websites.
- Develops sales opportunities, promoting a positive image of the company in the community and representing the company at community functions and professional organizations.
- Provides superior customer service when greeting, handling phone calls, and responding to necessary requests by clients, staff members, and all other individuals needing assistance.
- Assists director of operations with caregiver recruiting/onboarding for the first six months.
- Should be familiar and comfortable working with technology( Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point), and using company software.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, building rapport, and displaying sincerity and compassion.
- Self-motivation and a passion for meeting new people and making sales calls are necessary.
- Minimum three years experience in outside sales and marketing, making sales calls and selling services.
- At least three years of experience in health care, home care, or pharmaceutical sales is required.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Possess the ability to multi-task and handle pressure situations with ease.
- Must possess a high level of initiative and self-sufficiency in accomplishing responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
- Computer proficiency mandatory: use of MS Word (PowerPoint experience would be a plus but not mandatory) and ability to learn home care management software application necessary.
- Maintaining confidentiality with sound decision-making skills based on company policies and philosophy.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- Must possess a positive, high-energy, "team player" attitude.
- Regular local travel throughout Omaha, La Vista, Papillion and Elkorn to service our clients is required.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
