Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow our client base within the Maryland market.
Evaluate the unique risks of potential clients and design comprehensive coverage solutions that offer real peace of mind.
Guide prospects through the decision-making process with transparency and clear, actionable advice.
Maintain active relationships with current policyholders to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.
Collaborate with our internal underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
Participate in local community events and networking groups to build the agency's presence in Bowie.
Requirements
Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
Three years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-level account management.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed production targets.
Strong comfort level with consultative selling techniques.
Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Established network within the Bowie or surrounding Prince George's County area.
