What You'll Do

As a Barista at Cecile Bakery Cafe, you’ll play an essential role in delivering exceptional service and delicious beverages to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages.
- Assisting customers with menu selections and ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring energy, professionalism, and a love for great coffee to the table. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a barista or in a similar role.
- A strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented workplace.
