Nurse Manager (Weekends)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Nurse Manager to join our team at Greenville Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care of our residents and supporting our nursing team.

About the Role

As a Nurse Manger, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on our day shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Your duties will include:

• Overseeing floor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed

• Overseeing the complete records of CNA care and CNA documentation

• Assisting with the inputting of resident admissions

• Demonstrating leadership capabilities and ensuring a positive and respectful work environment

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on the weekend

• Conduct regular rounds to ensure that residents are receiving quality care and attention

• Develop and implement strategies to improve care and services for our residents

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements

• RN license required

• Full time
