Receptionist Every other weekend
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring CNA Receptionist to join our team at Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation in Starke, Florida. As a CNA Receptionist, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our team while also assisting with patient care. This is a part-time opportunity that requires every-other-weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and direct callers to appropriate individuals or departments
Receive and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail as needed
Provide information and directions to visitors, guests, residents, and sales representatives
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or resident room
Offer beverages to visitors waiting for administrative personnel
Ensure guests and visitors abide by existing rules and regulations
Monitor visitor access and sign-in process
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and maintain route publications
Prepare and process correspondence for the Administrator and department directors as necessary

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work every other weekend shifts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
