Part Time Housekeeping Midwest Territory Apartments is in need of a Part-Time housekeeper to preserve and maintain a clean and attractive appearance of our 176-unit residential apartment community by carrying out cleaning and light maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our property in a clean and orderly condition. Compensation & Benefits:25% rent discount for onsite apartmentPay $17.00 per hour401(k) & 401(k) matching Responsibilities:Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)Carry out cleaning tasks and special projectsNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsMake adjustments and minor repairsCooperate with the rest of the staffFollow all health and safety regulations Skills:Proven working experience as a cleanerKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies #OKIND
