Caregiver / Homemaker Companion 3P-8P SHIFTS

About the Role:
Creative Caregivers of Florida is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers and Homemaker Companions to join our team in Englewood, FL! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients during our 3PM–8PM shifts, providing essential support and companionship right when it matters most.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying living spaces
• Prepare and serve meals according to client dietary needs and preferences
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client well-being
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Communicate updates on client condition and needs to supervisors and family members

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or companion preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Ability to work consistent 3PM–8PM evening shifts reliably
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
