Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Monday–Friday | 30+ Hours/Week

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a structured setting. You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while working toward meaningful individualized goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision

  • Providing engaging, child-centered one-on-one ABA therapy

  • Collecting accurate electronic session data

  • Collaborating with BCBAs and fellow team members throughout the day

  • Supporting a positive, safe, and structured learning environment for clients

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Interest in working with children and learning ABA therapy

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset

  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings

  • Ability to stay active throughout the day, including sitting, standing, walking, and running as needed

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
