What You’ll Do
- Represent Crunch as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding training and support to members.
- Design and deliver fitness programs that include resistance training, cardio, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle coaching.
- Educate members on safe, effective exercise and hold clients accountable with regular goal-setting and progress tracking.
- Provide excellent service to all members, whether through personal training, orientations, group events, or fitness education.
- Contribute to club success by meeting monthly training and product sales goals.
- Maintain a professional and supportive environment, keeping the club clean and organized.
- Stay up to date on certifications, industry trends, and ongoing education.
- A passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire.
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc.).
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
- Previous training experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort with bending, squatting, spotting, and demonstrating exercises.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
