About the Role:
As a BCBA at Golden Care Therapy IN, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism
Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to ABA Therapy
Providing Parent Training to empower families to continue therapy at home
Supervising and mentoring junior therapists to ensure quality care
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ABA programs tailored to individual child needs
Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify goals for improvement
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to foster skill development
Supervise and mentor junior therapists to enhance their skills and confidence
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards
