Contractor needed from end of August to end of October or longer to cover a leave of absence.
Location: Cherry Creek North, Denver, CO
In this role, you will be responsible for Corporate Accounting for a complex and medium sized company with multiple entities.
Month-end corporate close entries
P&L flux analysis and review (in partnership with Corporate Finance team)
Balance sheet reviews and account reconciliations
Bill approvals (i.e. ensuring correct coding and tagging)
Related-party / intercompany billing
Audit workpaper preparation and support
Additional duties as needed
Interact with multiple teams and execs
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting
- 4-5+++ years of general accounting, some public accounting is a strong plus
- CPA is a strong plus
- Netsuite is a strong plus
