Job Title: Sales Representative – Patient Outreach (Healthcare)

Location

Hialeah, FL

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are a growing healthcare organization focused on delivering accessible, high-quality primary care. We are seeking motivated and compassionate Sales Representatives to engage with prospective patients, educate them on our services, and encourage them to establish care at our clinic. This role blends sales, outreach, and patient education and plays a key role in expanding access to primary care within the community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential patients through in-person outreach, phone calls, and community events
  • Educate prospective patients on primary care services and clinic offerings in both English and Spanish
  • Build trust and rapport by listening to patient needs and addressing questions or concerns
  • Encourage patients to schedule initial appointments and assist with next steps
  • Accurately track leads, outreach activity, and outcomes using internal systems
  • Collaborate with clinic staff and internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Meet or exceed performance goals while maintaining a patient-first, ethical approach
  • Comply with all healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and company policies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
  • Experience in sales, customer service, healthcare outreach, or related roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations in a community-focused environment
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
  • Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
  • Healthcare, insurance, or patient engagement experience preferred
