What You'll Do

• Build gourmet sandwiches, farm fresh salads and unique bowls with speed, consistency and care
• Follow recipes and portioning standards while bringing your own passion to every plate
• Keep your station clean, stocked and guest-ready at all times
• Work in sync with your teammates to keep the line moving smoothly
• Maintain food safety and quality standards on every order
• Jump in wherever the team needs you

What You Bring

• A love for food and a high standard for quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 35 lbs
• Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude
• Prior kitchen or food service experience a plus — but we'll train the right person!

Our Story

Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests. We craft gourmet sandwiches, farm fresh salads and unique bowls using refined local ingredients — all served with a smile in a warm, vibrant atmosphere.
