This organization is seeking an exceptional Employee Benefits Practice Leader to oversee and direct their entire Employee Benefits Division. Position Overview

The Employee Benefits Practice Leader will serve as the senior executive responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the Employee Benefits Division. This role requires a self-disciplined, entrepreneurial leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will be entrusted with developing the division's growth strategy, cultivating key client relationships, mentoring and retaining top talent, and driving significant revenue generation while maintaining the highest standards of client service and industry expertise.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Division Management
  • Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for the entire Employee Benefits Division, including all personnel, operations, and revenue streams
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth
  • Establish performance metrics, monitor division KPIs, and ensure accountability across all team members
  • Lead the development of innovative service delivery models and competitive positioning strategies
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape company-wide initiatives and contribute to overall organizational success
