WE'RE HIRING | SALES COORDINATOR
CKC Custom Homes is growing, and we're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.
This role will work closely with our Owner to support the sales process, coordinate prospective client meetings and ensure every lead receives the exceptional experience CKC is known for.
What You'll Do
Manage and follow up with new leads
Schedule sales meetings and consultations
Maintain our CRM and sales pipeline
Prepare meeting materials and presentations
Track follow-ups and next steps
Assist with proposals, agreements and client communication
Help coordinate realtor and referral relationships
Provide day-to-day support to our Owner throughout the sales process
Who We're Looking For
Someone who is highly organized, polished, proactive and great with people. You should be comfortable taking initiative, managing multiple priorities and following through without needing constant direction.
Experience in sales, client relations, real estate, homebuilding or executive support is a plus, but we're equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic and desire to grow.
