Commercial Painting Foreman

Ferraro’s Painting & Restoration is seeking an experienced Painting Foreman to lead crews on commercial, institutional, and residential projects across Connecticut.

This role is for someone who can run a jobsite, not just paint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise painting crews on active job sites
• Coordinate daily work with the production team
• Ensure proper surface preparation and coating application
• Maintain quality control and jobsite cleanliness
• Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to the office
• Train and mentor junior painters
• Maintain safe work practices

Work Includes

• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface preparation and patching
• Drywall repairs and skim work
• Trim and finish painting
• Commercial coatings and specialty coatings

Requirements

• 7+ years professional painting experience
• Previous crew leadership experience preferred
• Ability to read scopes and manage small projects
• Reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 Certification required (can obtain upon hire)
