Enrollment Specialist
Job Description
Absolutely. I’d keep the original structure and length, but make the experience level and executive-conversation ability much clearer.
Why Join NowThis is the first in-person Enrollment team in Provo, and the standard is high. We are building a team of experienced, driven professionals who can have meaningful conversations with successful founders—not simply make calls.
You will speak with owners of $1M–$100M+ businesses every day, develop your ability to sell at an executive level, and have a direct impact on Scaling.com's goal of reaching 5,000 Scalers by the end of 2027.
If you are competitive, coachable, determined, and want your performance to directly influence your growth and earnings, this is the opportunity.
What You'll Do- Make 100 to 200 outbound calls per day to qualified and warm leads.
- Have meaningful conversations with founders and understand what they are actually trying to build.
- Establish credibility quickly with experienced business owners and executives.
- Identify qualified founders and book them into Enrollment Assessments.
- Own first-touch follow-up across phone, text, email, and voicemail.
- Keep lead records, call outcomes, and next steps accurate in the CRM.
- Study the Frame, Floor, Focus framework, case studies, and talk tracks until you can speak to them naturally.
- Review your calls, role-play, act on feedback, and improve your conversion rate week over week.
- Bring ideas and judgment as the team continues to improve the enrollment process.
What We Value
- Drive. You set ambitious goals and have a track record of pursuing them.
- Resilience. You can handle rejection, pressure, and setbacks without losing momentum.
- Coachability. You take feedback without defensiveness and apply it quickly.
- Professionalism. You can hold a credible conversation with owners of $50M+ companies.
- Competitive Spirit. You want to win and consistently push yourself to perform at a higher level.
- Ownership. You take responsibility for your results and do what needs to be done.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, staffing, account management, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding measurable goals or quotas.
- Experience speaking with business owners, executives, or other senior decision-makers.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to have natural, unscripted business conversations and think on your feet.
- Demonstrated determination, competitiveness, and desire to succeed.
- Strong coachability and willingness to be measured and held accountable.
- Comfort working in a high-performance, metrics-driven environment.
- Your own reliable computer.
- Ability to work in person in Provo, UT, Monday through Friday.
$40K base salary · $115K modeled OTE · Uncapped enrollment commission
Commission is tied to completed enrollments. There is no cap. What you earn is a function of what you produce. Tier detail is reviewed during the interview process.
What Success Looks LikeYou are the first real conversation a founder has with Scaling.com. Whether they take the next one seriously depends on how you handle the first five minutes.
- You create trust quickly. Founders feel they are speaking with a professional who understands business.
- You can think on your feet. You don't need a rigid script to have a strong conversation.
- You understand the founder. You uncover what they are building, what is in the way, and what they want next.
- You work the pipeline consistently. You maintain high activity without sacrificing conversation quality.
- You improve every week. You know your numbers, review your calls, and actively work on your weaknesses.
- You book qualified Enrollment Assessments. Founders understand why the next conversation matters and arrive prepared.
- You make the Strategist handoff seamless. Your notes clearly communicate the founder's goals, challenges, and motivations.
