Warehouse Production Packer - Assembly Line Operations
Job Description
Imagine starting your shift in a clean, well-organized manufacturing environment in Coal City, IL. You clock in, meet your crew, and move to your station on the production line. Throughout the day, you assemble customer orders and product displays, inspect items for quality, and pack finished goods for shipment. Pallets get wrapped, labels go on straight, and every box leaving your area meets our standards. It’s hands-on, fast-paced work where attention to detail and safety come first—and your contribution matters from the first unit to the last.
About the role- Employer: Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. (onsite with our manufacturing partner)
- Location: Coal City, IL
- Schedule Options: Full-time on 1st shift, 2nd shift, or Weekend shift (Friday–Sunday)
- Compensation: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Work on an assembly line to build, package, and prepare products
- Assemble customer orders and retail displays according to specs
- Inspect items for defects and pull any nonconforming product
- Stage shipments, stack products on pallets, and wrap securely
- Support general warehouse tasks as needed
- Keep your area clean and follow all safety procedures
- Comfort standing for up to 10 hours a day
- Open to training—no prior experience required
- Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-focused
- Thrives working independently or alongside a team
