Mojito Club Dolphin LLC is seeking a Server to deliver welcoming, attentive service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Position Summary

As a Server, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth dining experience from greeting to order delivery. You will take orders accurately, provide helpful recommendations, and maintain a high standard of service while supporting team members during busy periods.

This is a full-time onsite role in Miami, FL, ideal for someone who is customer-focused, dependable, and committed to creating a positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide assistance with selections and special requests

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar as needed

• Serve orders in a timely manner, check on guests throughout their visit, and address issues with urgency and professionalism

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations, including resetting tables and supporting side work

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or food service in a guest-facing role

• Ability to take orders accurately and communicate clearly with team members

• Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly attitude, and professionalism with guests

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and attentive

• Availability to work full-time onsite in Miami, FL, as scheduled

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or similar venue operations

• Familiarity with handling guest requests and resolving service concerns effectively

• Proven reliability in meeting service standards and maintaining station readiness

• Comfort working in a team-driven setting with competing priorities during peak hours
