The Evening Shift Supervisor oversees the nursing staff during evening shifts, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and attention. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing patient care, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support to our nursing team. • Supervise nursing staff during evening shifts, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our facility's policies and procedures.
• Manage patient assignments to ensure each patient receives the highest level of care.
• Provide guidance and support to staff members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as pharmacy and laboratory, to ensure seamless care coordination.
