Job Summary
We are looking for three experienced and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join our warehouse team in Waukegan, IL. Candidates must have prior warehouse picking experience to transition smoothly into our fast-paced environment. In this role, you will locate, select, and package products to fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate products efficiently using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Retrieve items from shelves with high accuracy.
- Build, wrap, and label pallets securely.
- Transport completed orders to the shipping area.
- Keep work zones clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum 1 year of warehouse or order picking experience.
- Required: Proven experience operating RF scanners.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
- Reliable transportation to Waukegan, IL.
