Warehouse Inventory & Replenishment Technician Why this role matters

Production can’t start—or finish—without the right parts on hand. You’ll be the link between inbound materials, accurate records, and ready-to-go workstations.

Schedule & benefits

• Weekday Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:30pm
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm
• Weekly pay and full benefits begin on day one

Your responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and stock parts; keep counts current and accurate.
• Communicate with production teams and supervisors to understand upcoming material needs.
• Fill and restock work cells with the specified hardware and supplies.
• Use scanners and inventory software to maintain precise records and traceability.
• Move materials safely; a forklift may be used for loading, unloading, and transport.
• Follow safety rules and manufacturing procedures to support consistent output.
• Adhere to standard work and promptly report risks that could affect product quality.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Comfort standing, walking, and staying active for long periods
• Willingness to learn computer systems, databases, and related software
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills
• Detail-focused multitasker with strong organizational habits
• Self-starter who maintains a tidy work area
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, and weekends as needed

Nice to have

• Forklift experience
• Experience in an industrial or warehouse environment
