Treatment Coordinator

Absolute Dental is Nevada’s largest dental group with 45+ locations and continued statewide growth ????. We are expanding our teams in Reno and Sparks and seeking experienced Treatment Coordinators who are looking for long-term stability, career growth, and real advancement opportunities.

This is a key front office role that directly impacts patient trust, case acceptance, and overall office success ????

???? This posting represents current and upcoming Treatment Coordinator opportunities within Reno and Sparks. When a location-specific opening becomes available, qualified candidates will be contacted directly by our Talent Team.

• ???? Review and clearly present treatment plans
• ???? Explain insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
• ???? Confidently discuss payment options with patients
• ???? Coordinate scheduling and support smooth office flow
• ???? Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable moving forward with care

• $20 – $24 per hour (DOE)
???? Some roles may require limited travel

• ???? Dental front office experience required
• ???? Experience with treatment planning & dental insurance
• ???? Comfortable discussing financial arrangements
• ???? Strong organization and communication skills
• ???? Bilingual Spanish preferred
