Build real connections with people in our community by understanding their specific protection needs.
Explain complex insurance concepts in a way that makes sense to everyone.
Follow up with potential clients to ensure they have the coverage that fits their lives.
Manage daily administrative tasks to keep policy information organized and accurate.
Collaborate with the rest of our office to improve how we serve our neighbors.
Continuously expand your industry knowledge to offer the most relevant advice.
Requirements
Active New Jersey Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Strong comfort level with computers and insurance-related software.
Clear and honest communication skills.
Ability to solve problems while keeping a positive perspective.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
Residency or ability to work daily in Mount Laurel, NJ.
