🩹 Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
Rapidly assess and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical needs.
Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring immediate intervention.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Perform and assist with emergency procedures as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and facility protocols.
Respond effectively in high-acuity and fast-paced situations.
We’re looking for an ER RN who is:
Experienced in Emergency Department nursing
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong in patient assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Able to remain calm and focused during emergencies
Committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care
Active California RN License – required
Minimum 2 years of recent ER/ED nursing experience preferred

Current BLS,ACLS,PALS,TNCC certification – required
