Valdez Insurance Agency is a Farmers Insurance agency that also works with additional insurance carriers, providing our producers with multiple options to quote and sell coverage.
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Sales Producer with excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the drive to build a successful book of business

Responsibilities
- Generate insurance quotes and close new business
- Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Commercial Insurance
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Explain insurance coverage clearly and professionally
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Meet daily quote and monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in our CRM
Requirements
Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willing to obtain in 60 days
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sales and closing skills
Professional, positive, and dependable
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Starting at $25.00 per hour
Plus commission and/or performance bonuses
