Pulmonologist/Critical Care Physician

Join an expanding Pulmonary/Critical Care practice. Flexible work schedule options (2-5 days/week). NO call. Primarily outpatient clinical practice. Support patients with procedures including EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube and central line placement, and ventilator management. Closed ICU with a 16bed ICU and 18bed Critical Care unit. 24hour in-house hospitalist services available. Support a diverse spectrum of interesting and complex cases. Cerner EMR.
Requirements:
- BE/BC Pulmonology and/or Pulm/Critical Care
- OH medical license, or eligible
Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensation package (up to $550k)
- Guaranteed base salary (up to $500K)
- Uncapped productivity incentives; paid quarterly
- $100K signing bonus ($50K paid first year; and second half paid second year)
