Service Technician – Sign & Lighting (YESCO) in Houston South & Dallas South

YESCO Sign & Lighting is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team. If you’re an apprentice or journeyman electrician who enjoys troubleshooting and working in the field, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.

What You’ll Do:

• Repair and maintain outdoor lighting, parking lot lights, LED retrofits, and sign systems (flex faces, monument signs, EMC boards)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Operate bucket trucks and work at heights
• Communicate with customers and account managers on-site
• Complete and document work in our POS system

What We’re Looking For:

• Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician license
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a bucket truck
• 2+ years of electrical or sign service experience (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (40’+)
• Basic tech skills (smartphone/tablet use)
• Great customer service attitude
• Pass Drug Test and Background Check

Bonus Skills:

• Sign installation experience
