Deli Associate

What You'll Do

%CF; Slice deli meats and cheeses to order, following food safety and portion guidelines

%CF; Prepare fresh food items for the deli case, including salads, sandwiches, and daily specials

%CF; Stock, rotate, and merchandise deli and bakery cases to keep them full and appealing

%CF; Assist with bakery items — stocking, packaging, and maintaining freshness standards

%CF; Greet and serve customers at the deli counter, answering questions and taking orders

%CF; Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in accordance with health codes

%CF; Support general store operations and teammates as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

%CF; Must be 18 years of age or older

%CF; Experience or comfort with slicing meats/cheeses (training provided)

%CF; Willingness to learn food prep and bakery tasks

%CF; Comfortable stocking and rotating product

%CF; Friendly, customer-first attitude

%CF; Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs

%CF; Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends

Preferred:

%CF; Prior deli, bakery, or grocery experience

%CF; Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain one)

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. We're happy to talk through scheduling during the interview.
