Parts ASAP is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our eCommerce team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for processing online orders, solving customer issues, and keeping our eCommerce operations running smoothly — all while delivering the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

The Details
- Pay: $18–$22/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Location: On-site
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing online orders and supporting eCommerce order fulfillment
- Sourcing parts to complete eCommerce orders
- Responding to inventory exceptions from warehouse and ship-confirm notices
- Monitoring and resolving eCommerce email error messages
- Answering customer communications submitted through eCommerce platforms
- Making outbound calls as needed to help customers with website issues
- Coordinating with eCommerce Supervisors on daily priorities
- Working with Counter Assistants on customer returns of parts and cores
- Learning and tracking key eCommerce performance metrics
- Calculating freight costs for small package and LTL shipments
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Excellent customer service instincts — you stay calm and helpful under pressure
- Comfortable on the phone; confident making outbound calls when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally with eCommerce; agricultural industry experience a plus
- Proficient with email, Word, and Excel
- Strong writing skills for clear, professional customer responses
