Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Assist with creating and modifying behavior plans to meet client needs
Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices
