Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other senior leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational goals and values
Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our nursing staff, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and integration of care
Foster a culture of patient-centered care by promoting open communication, cultural sensitivity, and respect for individual differences
Develop and maintain strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions and monitoring outcomes
Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and standardization
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, 1-3 years in Longterm Care with a strong background in leadership and management
Current RN/LVN licensure in Texas
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
