Restaurant Manager - Full Time

We are looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to help lead our front-of-house team, support daily operations, and create the polished, welcoming dining experience our guests know and love. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in keeping service smooth, organized, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead with Hospitality: Set the tone for warm, professional guest service and help the team deliver an exceptional Cafe Napoli experience every shift.

· Support Daily Operations: Oversee front-of-house service, manage shift flow, and keep the restaurant running smoothly in a high-energy environment.

· Drive Performance: Monitor service standards, labor goals, profit objectives, and overall operational performance.

· Build and Schedule the Team: Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff to ensure strong coverage, efficient labor management, and excellent guest service.

· Supervise the Floor: Be present on the floor during service, coaching staff, supporting the team, and maintaining a polished guest experience.

· Maintain Opening and Closing Standards: Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed correctly, consistently, and on time.

· Resolve Issues Professionally: Communicate with guests and staff to handle concerns, solve problems, and maintain a positive environment.

· Support Accountability: Deliver disciplinary actions when necessary in a fair, professional, and properly documented manner.

· Manage Wine, Supplies, and Inventory Needs: Restock wine, order supplies, maintain organized wine storage, assist with inventory control, monitor stock levels, and communicate ordering needs.

Requirements

· Previous restaurant management or strong supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant setting.

· Confident, professional communication skills with guests, team members, and leadership.

· Ability to lead by example, stay organized under pressure, and make sound decisions during busy service.

· Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.

· Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs, including nights and weekends.

Pay

Pay is competitive and may vary based on previous restaurant management experience.
