Location: Hitchcock, TX
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Production Associate to support daily warehouse, work order, inventory, and material processing activities.

• Process work orders by identifying, measuring, cutting, spooling, coiling, packaging, labeling, and shipping materials.
• Operate multiple workstations and equipment safely.
• Stage products and parts and verify work order accuracy and completeness.
• Weigh shipments and record shipping and product traceability information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Stock supplies, organize warehouse inventory, and maintain proper bin locations.
• Perform physical inventory and inventory adjustments.
• Repack, identify, organize, and store products and hardware.
• Assist with reel refurbishment, painting, and stocking.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills with strong organization and prioritization abilities.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reach.
• Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 60 lbs. and occasionally up to 80 lbs
